- Meeting called to order: 1:10pm
- Minutes from February read and approved

President's Report
- Taxes will be complete next week. Financials are available for corporate sponsors. See Diana if needed. The cover letter for corporate donations was read and approved.
- Financials for "Elements" were discussed and tabled for the next meeting.
Marketing Report
- Updates from individuals regarding corporate sponsors were discussed and tabled for the next meeting. All board members will be asked to give a report on their research for corporate sponsors at the next meeting.
- Margo collected $500 from Ponderosa Management and donated $100 personally for APAA Memberships.
- Suggestions were made to have a VIP reception and reserved seats for APAA members at "Footloose" and future shows.
- Margo suggested through an e-mail that we find corporate sponsors for "Elements" to correlate with the theme. Some companies to pursue included: EV Solar, Ironite, T. Barnabas Cain & Associates, New Frontiers and Britta Water Filters.
Fundraising Report
- Singing Telegrams brought in $230.52 after expenses.
- Fashion Show fundraiser with Artistic Beauty College is on Sat. the 15th at 6:00pm. Tickets are $10.
- Instead of donating Easter Baskets, the Academy donated 1000 Easter eggs to local community events (600 to Prescott and 400 to Chino Valley, Prescott Valley did not want any)
Renaissance Faire
- Date: May 18th, 4:00pm
- Tickets: $20 per ticket includes meal and entertainment
- Meal: no silverware! Turkey legs, corn on the cob, bread (Sheryl to come up with more menu ideas)
- Location: Firehouse Kitchen and courtyard area
- Entertainment: Stage area; vocal students for wandering minstrels, acting class for King & Queen and drama performance, Troupe Salamont, Harold to call out meals and performances, Jugglers, presenting of the salt.
- Costumes: Therese Soto and Bradshaw Mtn. H.S. have costumes we can use.
Treasurer's Report
- Current account balance is $98.77. Elements scholarships have been paid.
Volunteer Report
- It was discussed that we should have the recipients of scholarships volunteer for fundraisers such as Renaissance Festival to help perpetuate more scholarship funds.
- The meeting adjourned at 2:10pm.
- The next scheduled APAA Board meeting will be on Friday, April 11th at 3:00pm.
