The Academy of Performing Arts is proud to announce our theme for our 2007-2008 Annual Showcase: “Elements”. Our production will be held on June 20th and 21st at the Yavapai College Performance Hall..

This show will highlight and honor all of our talented student’s efforts and training throughout the 2007-2008 season.

Participation in our Annual Showcase is optional, however, it is a rewarding experience that most students won’t want to miss!

May 1-June 14: Tickets will be on sale at the Academy of Performing Arts for $10.00. Sign up to help backstage and earn free tickets!

May 19-24: Costume & Parent week. Please plan on attending your child’s regularly scheduled class for showcase information and costumes.

June 7: Pictures from 1-5pm. A schedule of times for each class will be posted.

June 14: Last day of regular classes. Due to additional rehearsals in June, full tuition is due for the month of June.

June 14: Showcase studio run through and finale rehearsal from 1:00pm-6:00pm. Creative Movement and Intro to Dance will perform their finale at the end of Elements Act I. All other students will perform their finale at the end of Elements Act II. All students are required to attend.

June 16-21: Tickets can be purchased at the Yavapai College box office or at the door of each show for $12.00, subject to availability.

June 16-19: Additional rehearsals will be called as needed.

June 18: Technical Rehearsal Act I from 10:00am-1:00pm and Act II from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the Yavapai College Performance Hall. All students are required to attend.

June 19: Dress Rehearsal Act I from 10:00am-1:00pm and Act II from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the Yavapai College Performance Hall. All students are required to attend.

June 20: Elements Performance at 6:00pm at Yavapai College Performance Hall. Call time is 4:30pm.

June 21: Elements Performance at 2:00pm at Yavapai College Performance Hall. Call time is 12:30pm.
