Fitness Challenge
This is a fun, fast-paced, high-energy workout. Multiple fitness levels will be accommodated. It is for the person who would like to get a vigorous workout and be pushed to their next fitness level.
Every class will be new and different so it will not be boring. Contemporary top 40 music. Wear appropriate fitness clothing and shoes, bring water, weights and mat. We’ll be having a health-food potluck at the end of the challenge and giving away APA gear and gift certificates.
Come for the workout, stay for the fun!

The Academy of Performing Arts and Health in Motion Yoga have come together to form a new studio in Chino Valley called "Body Language".
At the corner of Hwy 89 and Rd. 2 North across from Walgreen’s, the newly renovated 3200 square foot studio will be offering dance, voice, guitar, piano, zumba and yoga instruction.
