Sheri White
Drama Instructor
Sheri has been in theater most of her life. She started acting in musical theater at the age of 6 in the production of The Frog Prince. While in high school, Sheri performed in productions such as Once upon a Mattress and Robin Hood. She was a singer/choreographer for her award winning high school show group as well. Sheri minored in Musical Theater while attending Ball State University; her major is in History. She plays piano and has taught music and drama privately and professionaly at Trinity Christian School.
Sheri was a founding member and director with the Chino Valley Community Theater for 5 years. The theater performed musicals in many genres, including Westerns, Early 19th century and Children’s Theater. She has directed many musical productions for her church as well such as I’ll Be Home for Christmas, and Four Tickets to Christmas.
Sheri is married and has 6 daughters; all who either sing or act. She says they didn't have much of a choice! Her husband Dan is also an actor. "Theater is what we did as a family to stay together and enjoy a common interest." Sheri is from Indiana, but has been in the Prescott Area for almost 17 years.

The Academy of Performing Arts and Health in Motion Yoga have come together to form a new studio in Chino Valley called "Body Language".
